We had contact by email and cell phone prior to coming in and upon our arrival she dedicated multiple days to assist us in our search. We felt like we were her only client while we were there. When we found the home we wanted she gave us information about the comps and worked with us to make an offer below asking that was accepted with no counter. I have already recommended her to a friend and they will be working with her when they move to the area in the next year or two.

I was living in Indiana, and looking to move to Pensacola, and rent a house. The clock was ticking and I was struggling to find a place for me and my 2 dogs. My mom made a suggestion to buy a house instead of rent, but I knew I didn't have the money, as I had only saved to make the move not to also buy. However I "browsed" and found a place I loved, and asked a question to what I thought was the listing agent, and Lara Audelo responded to answer my question. I told her my situation and decided to pivot back to rentals. She asked me to just give her a few minutes to talk and explore the possibility of buying, to just see what we could do. I spoke to her for 5 minutes, and the next thing you know I was qualified for far more than I imagined, and in less than 2 weeks I was in contract on my brand new home, and I closed 2 weeks after that. So in less than 1 month I was moving into my forever home. She made the process so incredibly easy, and even did my final walk through via video with me on face time. Then since having moved in, she has visited me with a house warming gift, and sent me a couple of beautiful and thoughtful notes wishing me well.
